You need a house, bungalow, flat or other type of property clearing? and you want to do it the cheapest way possible? who wouldn't right?
I know what your thinking, there is no such thing as a free house clearance, well in west Yorkshire there is! In Pontefract there is! In Wakefield there is! in Castleford there is! anywhere is West Yorkshire free house clearances are available.
How on earth do you get somebody to do a house clearance and take all your rubbish for free, or even get them to pay you for it?
Well, your 'rubbish' might not actually be rubbish, most things in a house hold value, so if you get a genuine house clearance company like www.Baral.co.uk to come and clear your property, you might have a pleasant surprise.
So, what am i talking about your thinking, get to the point, how do i get a free house clearance..
Please remember this only applies to the West Yorkshire area, places such as Wakefield, Pontefract, Normanton, Castleford, Knottingley, Featherstone and other local areas.
You could ring a local charity up, but unfortunately they don't do house clearances they will only take the items which have value, so your still left with a load of 'rubbish' items you cant get rid of, so that dosnt solve your problem.
You could ring a large clearance company, but they'll most probably charge you and arm and a leg, they have big operating costs unlike small companies like us.
You could hire a skip and do your own 'mini house clearance' then all you have to pay for is the price of the skip and the time it takes you to hump it all out of the house (back breaking work!)
Or, lastly, you could choose the best option, the house clearance specialists, contact us www.Baral.co.uk we will give you a free quote, we will tell you exactly what items we could buy, which items we would take to land fill and which items we would be donating to charity. In most cases this end us with us paying you. So, that's better than a free house clearance, its a we pay you house clearance!
'1 mans trash is another mans treasure'
here is an example of a recent house clearance we did in Featherstone near Pontefract in West Yorkshire.
A 2 bedroom terrace house had been sold, it needed clearing before the final paperwork went though (the agreement on sale was the house would be completely empty).
The house was full, everything you could imaging; furniture, pots and pans, blankets, clothes, carpets, cooker, washer, fridge freezer, drawers, sideboards, sofa, chairs and many other items, too many to list.
If all those above items were '' rubbish / junk '' , we would have charged around £300 for clear everything in this situation, but, luckily for the house owner, there were some items of value, all the kitchen appliances were in good working order, some of the bedroom furniture was saleable, and there were a few ornaments that we could sell.
We estimated the value of these items to us (£500), and then we deducted it from our starting cost (£300), this meant we payed the house owner £200! and the house would be completely empty in a few hours.
Now, we could have just paid £500 for the furniture / appliances / ornaments we wanted, but the owner wanted the house empty so that's how it worked out.
This was a 2 bedroom house, with regular sized rooms and a garage.
The house had 3 carpets and a kitchen lino that needed removing.
The house clearance took 3 people around 2 hours to complete.
After the clearance it took a further 4 hours to sort through the items, responsibility dispose of the waste, and deliver some of the items to a local charity shop.
All this house clearance information was provided free, just like our no obligation quotes. All house clearances are different, so we do price them individually. If your in the Wakefield, Pontefract or Castleford area please contact us.
